Few symbols in culture have properly epitomized a place and its mentality better than the Silver and Black has done for — Oakland, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas. Few artists did the same. Tupac Shakur is the only exception — carrying history, loyalty, and controversy, while representing those cities not as stops, but as chapters of a legacy. This design brings those paths together.

This graphic flips the iconic shield, replacing the pirate with 2pac, the Westcoast's most polarizing legend, whose story is inseparable from Oakland roots, Los Angeles ambition, and a life that ended in Las Vegas. It’s a visual acknowledgment of how culture moves — through cities, through eras, through people.

“RADR-PAC” is a play on Raider × 2Pac, but the meaning isn’t about teams, leagues, or headlines. It’s about place, movement, defiance, and identity, shared by both legacies as they crossed the same cities, faced the same scrutiny, and built unshakable followings along the way. #StayWestyMyFriends
